Together, SLimDental and you can do our part to control the spread of the Coronavirus to save lives and buy our nation time to develop treatments and vaccines.
In follow up to our last message titled COVID-19 Update and in line with Governor Cuomo’s ‘New York State on Pause’ executive order, SLimDental and SLimDental Kids offices will be open only for dental emergencies. We will be postponing all non-essential treatments.
Our phone lines will remain open for your questions and concerns. If you are experiencing a dental emergency, please call 646-727-4185 (Rockefeller) or 646-727-4188 (Murray Hill).
Consistent with The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) discretionary notice our doctors will be available for Video Consultation through convenient applications like FaceTime, Facebook Messenger video chat, Google Hangouts video, Zoom or Skype. We also use a HIPAA compliant application called Doxy.me.
We will work together to determine how to handle your urgent dental needs. As a guide, please refer to the attached flyer from the American Dental Association (ADA) entitled What is a Dental Emergency?
