Dental insurance is a beautiful thing. Not only does it add some financial protection, but its “use it or lose it” approach also motivates people to stay on top of their oral health. Without dental insurance, it becomes easier to underprioritize prevention and only think about the dentist after a problem has gotten so frustrating that you have no other choice.

At SLim Dental, we hate seeing our patients in pain unnecessarily. That’s why we offer the SLim Membership Program, a cost-effective solution for our patients without dental insurance (or whose insurance has hit its max). The program pays for itself in preventive care alone and saves our patients hundreds to thousands of dollars if additional services are needed.

How does it work?

Here’s what you can expect.

Prevent what you can.

Preventative services, like annual exams, cleanings, and X-rays, are 100% covered for adults and significantly discounted for kids.

Correct what you can't.

Your membership pays for itself in prevention, which tends to eliminate most dental concerns. In the event you need additional services, though, you’ll receive a bonus of 20% off all non-specialty services.

Know you're covered.

Don’t worry; we’ll help you remember to take advantage of all included services. And before your membership renews for another year, we’ll give you ample opportunity to change your preferences or cancel.

Can my whole family benefit?

Yes! We offer custom pricing depending on the number of memberships you’re purchasing.

How long does the membership last?

Memberships run for 12 months from the date of purchase. We will notify you before your membership renews so you can determine if you’d like to continue for another year.

Does the membership automatically renew?

Yes. About a month before your membership renews, we will notify you so you can respond accordingly.
