Dr. Anushka Prabhu is a board certified pediatric dentist committed to creating a positive dental experience for the children and teenagers she cares for.
Dr. Anushka earned her undergraduate degree in Biology and Africana Studies from Binghamton University. In conjunction with her dental degree, she completed her Master’s in Public Health at Nova Southeastern University. During this time, she contributed to policy development and programming with the American Student Dental Association, as well as within local grant programs that aimed to improve health outcomes for children in the community. Upon graduation, she was honored with the prestigious Humanitarian Award, recognizing her exceptional leadership and commitment to service.
Throughout her career, Dr. Anushka has developed a special interest in treating children with special needs, those experiencing high levels of anxiety, and children with severe decay in their permanent teeth. She utilizes patience, humor, and expertise to leave her patients with a lasting positive association to the dentist.
