Miriam Kim has been working as a dental hygienist since 2012. After undergraduate years in Buffalo, NY, she moved to New York City to pursue the career of her dreams in dentistry, which she earned at NYU Dentistry Dental Hygiene Program. With years of experience in pediatric dentistry, as well as in general dentistry, she strives to provide each patient with gentle, painless yet thorough procedures.
Her childhood life in Paraguay has given her the heart to serve the underserved communities since young. Now with her dental skills, she is passionate in participating mission trips, providing dental care to those who live in under-sourced areas. She is also fluent in Spanish, English, and Korean.
Outside of dentistry, she loves to travel, and to make candles and diffusers. In her leisure time, she likes to explore hidden coffee shops in the city, take photos, watch movies, but most of all she likes sitting at Bryant Park to read and to listen to music.
